Terms of Service for The Good Blanks

Welcome to The Good Blanks. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products. By accessing our site or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. General Conditions & Eligibility To use our site and make a purchase, you must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You agree not to use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purposes, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Product Information and Charitable Contributions The Good Blanks operates on a print-on-demand model. We strive to display product colors and images as accurately as possible; however, we cannot guarantee that your device's display of any color will be completely accurate.

We clearly state on our product pages that a specific portion of the profits from the "Remember Nims" campaign will be donated to The Juniper Fund. By making a purchase, you acknowledge that The Good Blanks is an independent entity and is not a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization itself. Your purchase is not a tax-deductible donation.

3. Payment Terms All prices are listed in USD. You will be charged at the time your order is placed. We use secure third-party payment processors (via Shopify) and do not store your full credit card information.

4. Production, Shipping, and Delivery Because our items are custom-printed upon order, please allow [Insert Your Production Time, e.g., 3-5 business days] for production before your item ships. Shipping timelines are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. The Good Blanks is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs clearance.

5. Returns and Refunds Due to the custom nature of our print-on-demand products and our commitment to forwarding proceeds to our chosen non-profit, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing issues.

6. Intellectual Property All original content, designs, graphics, and text on this site are the intellectual property of The Good Blanks. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our original materials without express written consent.
